Foundries
Having started in this industry, we are uniquely qualified to help our foundry customers find the best equipment for their demanding requirements.
Navigating the strict silica exposure limit mandated in 2016 is one example. We can help by providing the most effective and efficient ways to achieve silica OSHA compliance with Hi-Vac® Industrial Vacuum Systems and HEPA filtration.
We also have systems for handling steel shot and grinding media.
Glass Production
With decades of experience in glass production and scores of tested, functioning systems to show for it, we can confidently provide heavy-duty, industrial portable and/or central vacuum systems that are designed to each unique application for housekeeping in batch, furnace, and cullet handling.
Process Industries
Housekeeping requirements in Food, Animal Feeds, Chemical, Cement, and Wood Production as well as Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling all present unique challenges.
Our experience in all these industries has proven that no two applications are the same and that providing flexibility and options is key to a successful installation of a vacuum system.
Explosive dust and bulk materials can also be handled with the inclusion of explosion-proof assemblies and fire suppression equipment.
Mining
The mining and production of a variety of minerals have proven to be excellent applications for our vacuum manifold systems.
