Hi-Vac 40 HP Common Frame Unit for Production Facility

An American Global Food Corporation has chosen to integrate a Hi-Vac Central Vacuum System into a brand new Michigan production facility based on their past experience with Hi-Vacs in other plants throughout their system. The accompanying piping manifold system was custom designed for their specific operational needs and tailored to the new building and production machinery arrangement.

A major worldwide glass container manufacturer has once again chosen HI-VAC and FR&S to design and supply a new vacuum manifold system to support a new furnace and batch house installation in their Illinois facility. The system is anchored by a Heavy-Duty 50 HP Industrial HI-VAC 800 Series Vacuum System and features schedule 40 carbon steel piping with "wearback" sweep elbows and lateral connections to handle the highly abrasive glass cullet and mixed batch. The isometric sketch below was created by FR&S as part of a design engineering contract with the customer. HI-VAC & FR&S have supplied over 30 similar systems to this manufacturer alone across their North American operations.
